Mark C. Baker, Sr., graduated with honors from Mississippi College School of Law in 1987 (with distinction). After graduation he clerked for United States District Judge Dan M. Russell, Jr., (1987-1989). Upon completion of his clerkship, Mr. Baker entered private practice. He opened Baker Law Firm, P.C., in February 1997. The firm's focus is primarily in the area of civil litigation. Mr. Baker is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Mississippi, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
